  1. I would love to hear your opinions on dealing with shift work - effects on training, how different weigh in times affect scale weight, digestion, food intake etc. Any tips, tricks to help.
  2. If we have a week or 2 in a row where we go over calories by a fair bit (due to holidays or a few social events in a row), is it best to marinade for more than 1 week to give the body a chance to recover, regardless of weight and waist? Or could the next week be a reduction in calories to balance the body out?
  3. Why does heavy cardio workout stop menstruation?
  4. What to do if you feel one side is a lot stronger than other side of the body
  5. During RD are we adding fat? Or it’s more muscle mass?
